General Terms & Conditions 

  • All orders paid with a credit card may be subject to a security check. This is to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. In the interest of credit card holders, orders that do not comply with security procedure may be canceled at the digression of COOLS CLUB.
  • All sale and discounted styles are deemed final sale. There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty.
  • Customers have 14 days to exchange/return full price items from date of purchase
  • Gift vouchers/exchange codes are valid for 6 months from the date of  purchase/issue
  • Gift vouchers/exchanges cannot be refunded.

The general Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the ‘User’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘You’ or the ‘Customer’) and ‘Cools Club’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘We’ or the ‘Website’). Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. Thesegeneral Conditions of Sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express. written, prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and Cools Club as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

We work hard to ensure the Website is always up and available, but we can’t guarantee that the Website will not have downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for regular updating of products and for general maintenance but will attempt to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any length of time.

Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with Cools Club by entering your email and choosing a secure password. We highly recommend that you choose a strong password that is hard for others to guess, and you log out from your account at the end of every session. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. You must treat your account log-in information as confidential, not disclosing it to any third party and only using Subtype in person. If you think there may have been any breach of security then it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and if log-in is possible, to change your password.

It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.

SSL encrypted browsing is available for all logged-in users, but while we strive for this, we cannot guarantee that all users will be secure. While we work hard towards this, we also do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free. We manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

We take great care when putting product information, descriptions and images online but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.

The prices indicated on Cools Club are shown in Australian Dollars and include all local taxes but do not include delivery, inbound duties or local delivery taxes. These delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be canceled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

We will always endeavor to fulfill your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product immediately. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping fees for the rest of the order. If relevant, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement and then wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined under Returns, the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product.

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The COOLS CLUB mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by COOLS CLUB PTY LTD (“COOLS CLUB ” , “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to COOLS CLUB's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related messages, including:  updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of COOLS CLUB via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with COOLS CLUB. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. US & Canadian receivers text the single keyword command STOP to

No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other COOLS CLUB mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Cools Coins Rewards

Individuals who join the Cools Club Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program agree to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by COOLS CLUB in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member retrospectively.

COOLS CLUB will not accept any liability for any email communication to any Member that is misdirected, lost or not received.

COOLS CLUB will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program.

COOLS CLUB may collect personal information from the Members for the purpose of facilitating the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program.an>

In its absolute discretion, COOLS CLUB reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program at any time.>

COOLS CLUB will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program, including that incurred in the provision of Rewards.

The Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with Rewards, as well as in conjunction with the COOLS CLUB’S Website's Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, COOLS CLUB'S decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.

COOLS CLUB decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the BCOOLS CLUB'S Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program is final and binding.

Members and Membership

  • An individual is deemed to be a Member of the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program when they sign up on our Website.
  • Membership of the COOLS CLUB Rewards Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address.
  • At any time, Members can only have one membership to the COOLS CLUB Loyalty Program.
  • COOLS CLUB reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion.
  • Membership is not transferable to another member.

  • It is the responsibility of the Member to update their membership profile.
  • A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to COOLS CLUB.

Rewards

  • At its sole discretion, COOLS CLUB may update a Member account with a Reward as a consequence of purchasing behaviour incentive and/or promotional activities.
  • COOLS CLUB will notify the Member via email of their entitlement to any Rewards.
  • COOLS CLUB reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.
  • Rewards are generally expressed in monetary form or in points form - for example, a $30 Reward or 30 points. However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender in any country.
  • Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Rewards points will not be retroactively allocated to any member for past purchases.
  • Rewards can only be redeemed on the BARNEY COOLS Website.
  • The currency in which Rewards are redeemed will be based on the location of the redeeming member. For example, a member based in Australia will redeem the Rewards in AUD.

  • COOLS CLUB reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using Rewards.
  • If a Membership is terminated from the COOLS CLUB Crew Rewards Loyalty Program, all outstanding and future Rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
  • Only Rewards from one COOLS CLUB member can be presented per transaction.
  • COOLS CLUB will not be held responsible or liable if Rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason.
  • Rewards can only be redeemed once. If you try to redeem more than once, this will be later declined and our customer support team will be in contact with you.

  • Refunds: If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, COOLS CLUB will process the return and forfeit any loyalty rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase.
  • Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value than the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value. If the exchange is for a lesser value, COOLS CLUB will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a Rewards base on the transaction size then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Member Status Benefits And Rewards

Members of the COOLS CLUB Rewards Loyalty Program will be entitled to receive benefits.

COOLS CLUB reserves the right to vary the benefits at any time, and without notice.

Rewards are presented in the form of a discount code.

Spend Rewards

  • Reward(s) will be loaded into the Members account after an online order has been completed. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
  • Customers can see current Rewards and promotions on the Cools Coins Info Page.
  • Spend is calculated on dollars spent by the customers with the brand after all discounts, refunds and redemptions have been taken into account and excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases.
  • Customers will receive a 50 point reward when they register to the COOLS CLUB Cools Coins Rewards Loyalty Program.
  • Members will receive a birthday Reward in the days leading up to their birthday only if they have provided their birth date as part of the sign up process. You cannot retrieve more than 1 birthday Reward in any given 365 day period.

Standard shipping is available on all orders over $125, for orders below this there's a $12 fee.
Express shipping is available to be added to any order for $15.
All orders are shipped with Aus Post.

NEW ZEALAND
Premium DHL Express shipping is free on all orders over $125 AUD, and $20 AUD for small orders less than $125 AUD. All orders are shipped with track & trace service.

USA/CANADA
Premium DHL Express shipping is free on all orders over $249 USD, and $25 USD for small orders less than $249 USD. All orders are shipped with track & trace service.

UK & EUROPE
Premium DHL Express shipping is free on all orders over $249 USD, and $25 USD for small orders less than $249 USD. All orders are shipped with track & trace service.

    Returns

    Returns Procedure:

    All returns will be issued a Store Credit. COOLS CLUB will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product: Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any COOLS CLUB representative.

    In both return cases, you must send us back your purchased items with tags still in-tact before being issued either an online exchange code or refund back to the original form of payment.

    In both instances, you must return goods within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve already worn it and then noticed that somethings not quite right with it, email us at hello@coolsclub.co with photos and we’ll have a look at it.

    Returns Costs:

    Please note that the cost of shipping a Return back to us is at your cost (unless we deem it faulty and we will reimburse you upon inspection) and the Return remains your responsibility until received at our head office. Please also note that once your Return has been received at out head office it may take up to 5 business days for us to process for you.
